I Hate Two-Part Movies - POLL

I'm not talking about Star Wars or even Lord of the Rings. I mean movies that are literally cut In half.

I'm a fan of Dune. I enjoyed the 1984 version that was tanked in reviews. It was OK for me. I haven't yet watched the new version that came out a year ago. I've purposely not watched it because its "to be continued". It got great reviews and I really want to see it, but all at once. I've bought the DVD but I won't watch it until the morning Part 2 comes out. I'm going to watch it then go to the theatre to see Part 2. If they have a back to back at the theatre I'll see it that way instead.

Now Mission Impossible comes out. Part 1. Part 2 is out June 2024. That means I won't see Part 1 until next year. I'm a huge MI fan so it's killing me. But I will hold the line.

If you want to do a movie like this and make your money release them at the same time. I'll happily pay two admissions for five hours of movies.
