I get pissed when they do it. You learn where everything is and then they screw everything up and it takes you twice the amount of time to pick up a few items.

HEB does this frequently. The only saving grace is that their aisles are now clogged with big rolling carts for employee

walmart here remoded and so did a regional grocery store . drove me bonkers . and this was the 2nd time it happend
