It may be again. We urgent care and float providers get dumped on due to the perception that we're "not doing anything" (when in fact we're pulling down 12-15 encounters a day). I'm hoping to get my primary care position soon. That will put an end to this.

M4A won't help in this respect. I support it, but providers will still have to "produce" enough billables.
