..write or spreadsheet the listed supplier(s) on your food... pick one product and buy a premium example at a high end or health food store or farmer's market or order from an online source... a small order on a single item shouldn't cost too much... Check out those little stores that sell flowers, farm produce...there may be one you regularly drive by and don't even notice.

One last thing ..investigate CSA's in your area you may find several at the local farmer's market.
