I had a terrible time in high school and was easily the least popular person but I went to the reunion and everyone was happy to see me, the kind of happy that people show when they meet someone they thought must've certainly died by now. Since then, I frequently lunch with classmates I never spoke with in high school. It's weird but entertaining.
