4. I was in a nation wide TV advertisement (circa 1961-62) for the Boy Scouts of America.

It was shot at the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico with me in uniform in the foreground and the Tooth of Time in the background.



We had finished our week’s hike when someone said they’re filming a commercial and needed volunteers in uniform.

That was beginning and the end of my acting career.
