Most of everything mentioned above with exceptions of course.
I was extremely fortunate to promote /manage a Uriah Heep concert tour in my neck of the woods back in '82. The band was on it's tour to the USSR when I convinced them to make a detour. They were so obliging. And through my network found a tobacco company about to launch a new brand. And gladly sponsored the 3 - city tour. The first ever 'rock group' who perfomed a full concert in my hometown. After ensuring venue, ticket sales, marketing, security etc through my Dad's closest friend who oversaw the cops. The concert was mind blowing. As I stood surveying the scene of kids rocking out a few friends and decided to light up a pipe. As we exhaled a cloud of smoke Les Kerslake tossed his name signed drumsticks straight at my chest. Grabbed and held on to them later framed it. Followed that by other jazz artists etc.
