9. We've Had That Situation

Vincent didn't respond badly the last couple years (He's only 3)
But, we had dogs that were panting wrecks.
To make matters worse, 15-20 years back we had a lunatic neighbor who set off bottlerockets, mortars & screamers on the 4th, plus or minus 4 days.
Drove our dog Walter nuts.
