82. The house has been on the market for over a year and the price has dropped by 13%. He cut the

trees and then added "sweeping views of the ocean" to the most recent listing. I'll bet he was po'ed that the house was not selling and took this tactic to enhance the property. Hopefully he'll pay a steep price for this.

Reminds me of another entitled ahole in Maine who poisoned her neighbor's trees to enhance her view:
