6. I live on sandwiches, I swear

Middle of the day, I don't have the attention span to make anything of grandeur. Whole grain bread, mayo, turkey, provolone, pepperoncinis, lettuce. Fast and easy and not too horribly bad for me.
I have some rice that I need to finish in the fridge I might throw it in with a nice big salad, add some black beans and make a nice Taco something. It's too damn hot to do anything else. I look forward to fall and being able to get fun with cooking again!
