My mother died of breast cancer in 1964 at age 38 after suffering through treatments for two years. I had just turned 12 when she died. My oldest brother (a doctor) has had me getting mammograms since I was pretty young. I have only had a couple of cancer scares and I never thought I would live to this age of 72! Feeling old is a privilege. Life is good!
