11. My dogs claim their space on my bed, then force me to contort my body

to get to the tiny patch they have designated for my sleeping area.

They raise their heads slightly and watch my progress. I can tell by the look in their eyes that they fully expect me to not disturb them as I settle down.

I often fail in this endeavor.
