Ms. DeMent is a criminally underrated songwriter and singer.

For anyone not familiar with her work I'd recommend her album, Infamous Angel, which contains your selection, Let the Mystery Be. Also, on that album are When Love Was Young and My Town, two achingly beautiful songs.
