Sacramento Municipal Utility District. It is a quasi-government nonprofit utility company. Our electric bills are cheaper than PGE and we haven't had blackouts from heat in a very long time. We've has power outages due to wind taking down lines, but I've never gone more than 8-10 hours without. And that was 20 years ago or so.
