online you get an extra discount on select items in the store (Regular sale items have an extra discount added for online members). Plus they sell many organic items or, at the very least, for meat they pick items where the animals are treated kindly. Even the cutlery that is given if you want to eat what you just bought is recyclable, the boxes are cardboard and can be used as a plate or a bowl.
