http://www.thegalleryatmillspark.com/location.php$1400 a month for a studio apartment. Near where I grew up.
That is on or very near a lumber yard I played around on as a kid. Truly, you can't go home again.
Yea, yea, I know, it can't hold a candle to NYC or Miami or even Tampa yet. Notice I said "slowly becoming".
