3. Notice how this article doesn't distinguish between national and local elections

I suspect this article is designed to conflate local with national and state elections.

Non-citizens are sometimes allowed to vote in certain local elections, like for a school board.

Notice paragraph 7 of the article where Landry claims "some local elections have been decided by just a handful of votes".

I want to know how many non-citizens they think they found voting in a national election for president. Until then I smell bullshit.
