They didn't notice the Z on the balcony when they bought the house or ask where it came from? So now they complain about it.

It's a Z, not a hood shape or a Nazi symbol. Just ignore it or tell people that this former home was owned by a Klu Kluxer and the fact that it is now owned by a liberal is probably making him spin in his grave. Or better yet, ask to put a historic marker out front that says the terrible things he did in his lifetime so his name will always be remembered as a dirtbag racist.
