Ya know, if you could just truck on down to the corner store and buy you some pharma-grade opioids (of 100% known strength and quality) for what they actually cost to make, plus a small profit (like booze and cigs), probably virtually nobody would be stuck in the aforementioned 'cycle' would be my guess.

Just a thought ... CRAZY, I know ...
