the Colorado congressman and chairman of the state GOP, who just got caught committing election fraud. Buck, who is chronically ethics-challenged, served as DA before going to Congress. One of his more infamous cases involved his prosecution of a constituent who delivered some dried dog poo wrapped in a political mailer, to the office door of then congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave, the difference being that it was not sent through the mail. Anyway, Buck was also serving as a Musgrave campaign manager, and with great umbrage he took the thing to court, spending over $100K of taxpayer money on the prosecution. And in deep red Weld County, it took the jury about seven seconds to return a not-guilty verdict.
