If the Democratic nominee for the 2019 Gubernatorial Elections in KY(Beasher-D), LA(Bel Edwards-D) and MS(Hood-D) lose the 2019 Gubernatorial Election by a narrow to high single digit margin. Could they run for the US Senate in 2020 against McConnell(R-KY), Cassidy(R-LA), and Hyde Smith(R-MS)?
