Tuesday morning.

But it was clear from the OFFICIAL party statement that she had to have won, because the official party statement set out the numbers showing the 4.08 gap between them; and stated that the missing district's SDE equivalent was LESS than that gap. So even if it went to Bernie, she would STILL win.
