Starting 3 days a week with my trainer. I really need to work on my chest. [View all]

Ah, years of abusing my body have taken their toll. I don't exactly have the saggy pathetic man boobs some guys end up with, but I am still kind of disappointed that I'm having trouble getting the sort of muscle tone and definition in my chest, arms, and abs I would like. It's almost like I have two different responses, above and below the waist. My legs look really good, other than the vein thing, a lot of power in my legs, still lacking in my core and arms.

So, I think this will be a good thing for me.
