short answer to the OP title: Cleveland and Pittsburgh - What comes with those good prices - Rust Belt reputations that even clean up of pollution can't erase and/or corporate America's elite discrimination toward low-wage blue collar workers in the age of advanced Silicone Valley tech? Where homes barely appreciated!



It wasn't the lake and river water of Cleveland that killed by dad as linked to the OP; it was the air pollution from years indoors at the edge of the Rust Belt of Cleveland's Flats where lots of the new climate deniers of the GOP polorized the racial populations East and West and city against expanding suburbs.

short answer to the OP title: Cleveland and Pittsburgh - What comes with those good prices - Rust Belt reputations that even clean up of pollution can't erase. Reputations of polorized communities of color in the new light of coastal climate changes? Pittsburgh's revitalization as a hub for IT didn't even impacted home prices...
