28. To repeat, attic insulation. We put on a reflective white metal

roof over insulation pads. We filled attic with blown insulation with electric company rebate. Checked walls and found some had no insulation. Florida home built in 1972.
Summer electric bill reduced from $240/ month to $135.
15 years later, nearly paid for $23k metal roof. And will last 50 years for the people we sold to.
Insulation, close off unused rooms.
