Brockton, MA 66/100k $20k/person
Belmont, MA 17.1/100k $55k/person
Deerfield, MA 0.0/100k $31k/person
Chelsea, MA 91.1/100k $21k/person
Greenfield, MA 56.7/100k $22k/person

Numbers are from 2010 crime stats as posted on homefacts.com
Forcible Rape per 100,000 and Income per capita.

At the moment we can only speculate if the unreported cases track this distribution.
