12. Hope, and "Not Giving Up" Answers to lots of problems...

...One of the worst things in life, are thoughts "it should be easy"................
.....It ain't easy, if it were easy..........it would be ....."EASY".........

ONE MORE TIME....."It ain't easy"

....I remember attending a competition where I sat in the stands and watched the runners run a ....
...."Marathon"...and it looked so easy...Afterwards, I tried to run a ..."mile" ..& I couldn't get even to
a city block or about 600 feet without running out of breath..I didn't realize how difficult that would
be..

...Try again...It ain't easy...but don't give up hope... Often times "changing behavior" is the hardest thing we ever do.
