It wasn't so hard to reduce. But read every label, it's shocking how much salt is in stuff. Even a slice of bread. Especially anything takeout, prepared or at a restaurant. But in a week, you start to lose your taste for salt and you'll be amazed at how inedibly salty your old foods will seem.
