10. I reflexively ignore the "way more brains" crowd, including my wife and family at times.

Can't claim that ever turns out well.

Every doctor and other medical professional I've ever suffered has probably considered me a difficult, non-compliant, patient.

Mr. AMA, Against Medical Advice.

My last doctor's appointment was like Oh, look what the cat dragged in.

Refill his prescriptions and send him on his way.

I'm not proud of that.

At the very least I know that about myself.
