I'm not getting support from loved ones. I think I'm in the depression phase of grief. Asked my gp tho its a holiday, for muscle relaxants. Been icing it. Feel gaslighted, frankly. Maybe they know they made an oops and want me gone so I don't get a lawyer? I'm so exhausted I just want it done and over with
