I've had depression as long as I can remember. I don't know what "normal" is, but I'm pretty sure it's not a state I've ever actually been in except for a period of time when I was in high school and was on an extended fast that nowadays (or if my mom would have taken me to a doctor) would probably be called anorexia. I felt great!

I have social anxiety, too.
