The lawsuit seeks to reverse the increasing availability of medication abortion and telemedicine abortion.

Because God forbid state legislators not be able to fully, completely, and absolutely control the reproductive choices of every girl and woman living in that state. This fits right in with wanting to restrict pregnant people from leaving the state lest they travel to one where abortion is legal.

I keep waiting for Texas, in particular, to set up roadblocks on all major highways and force every woman under 50 to pee on a stick before being allowed to leave the state. You know they want to! Or they would want to, if not for the expense and the obvious futility of closing off every single road that crosses a state line. They'd also have to set up screening stations at every airport, train station, and bus depot, and we all know how well that would go over, especially with all the people passing through their state on the way to somewhere else!
