today is my one month anniversary! [View all]

I've quit before. Many, many times. The longest being two years. This time feels different, though. I recognize my "triggers" and just deal with them.

I've talked with many people who have been smoke-free for 10 or more years and they've said that they have to treat it like alcoholism. Never take even a drag or bum one smoke. Anyone a long time quitter?

Wishing everyone here the best!
