I made a small amount of Waldorf chicken salad and [View all]

Chicken Waldorf salad. I got a deli chicken Tuesday, so I used some of that. Added part of a Granny Smith apple, chopped celery, walnuts, and dried cranberries. I used honey, cream and mayo for the dressing, with a dash of hot sauce.

Waldorf salad. Used the rest of the apple, some chopped celery, walnuts, dried cranberries, and mini marshmallows. Used mayo, cream, Classic Monks fruit sweetener, about a tsp of brown vinegar, and a dash of salt.
