10. I've been using a French press for years.

I like to have a cup of coffee when I drive to work in the morning. The French press gives me one cup of coffee, made just the way I like it, and it takes only a few minutes. I start by grinding two tablespoons of beans coarsely. I put the grounds in the French press, while heating the water in a measuring cup in the microwave. While the water is heating, I put a splash of half-and-half into the mug, along with a squirt of agave nectar (which dissolves readily in the coffee). I fill the French press with water, let the grounds steep for a minute or so, then pour it into the mug. While the water is heating and the grounds are steeping, I have my breakfast.

Simple, satisfying, and the only things that need washing are the mug and the French press itself.
