We're heading back to the States tonight from Panama. Our flight is very late so who wants to eat at midnight?!

There was a "gourmet" deli near our apartment and we got a couple of over-stuffed club sandwiches for the voyage. Sliced chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers and cucumber slices on French bread with olive oil and vinegar. Cokes and cookies.

Not gourmet but at least they were satisfying.
