My stuffing was chorizo, though. And I used ricotta, not cottage cheese.
Plus, I used both Parmigiano & mozzarella. And I
Came out good. Not sure why I didn't do it again.had a mushroom duxelle. We got some really big beefsteak that time.
I like the idea of black olives, too. Wish I'd done that.
