Yesterday’s post, hoping for an update from GaDem. I didn’t post yesterday because of the early hours in having workers cleaning out my bamboo forest. Nothing from her; just hoping all went well.

Cantaloupe. Lemon Greek yogurt. Toasted cashews. Muffin, cranberry orange.

Cold Earl Grey tea.
