5. Cheese omelet, bacon and toast

Wednesday

My local IGA had 12 oz. packs uncured bacon from Canada for 2.99. Thrilling deal.

I baked a loaf of bread last Friday, shared it with my kids. I had enough for breakfast, but while the bacon fried, I started another loaf. I try try not to run out.

Also had 2 cups of black coffee.
