We'll have between 15 and 20 people over, Germans, Austrians, USA, maybe Netherlands.

Our Turkey is about 12 kilos this year. Gravy is made from the run-off from the oven. We got imported stuffing mix and fresh cranberries from New England (my wife makes THE best fresh-made cranberry sauce in the world). We'll also have grated red beet salad, sweet potatoes, mashed (as in mashed this afternoon by out granddaughters) white potatoes, String beans sautéed with mushrooms, a green salad with a sesame-teriyaki dressing, plus a bittersweet chocolate mousse and a strawberry mascarpone, both made by neighbors.

There are always plenty of leftovers, in case anyone is within less than 1000 KM of here. Please do not call earlier than 10:00 AM CET, so we can try to sleep off some of the cholesterol shock.
