7. Veggie Lasagna

Made a vegetable lasagna and a couple ice cream pies to take over to my niece’s family potluck Thanksgiving dinner. She made the turkey and stuffing and the 12 other guests made vegetable side dishes and fabulous desserts. It was an early dinner and we brought home the leftover lasagna . I feel like nuking another piece since I’m getting hungry again.
Was thankful I was surrounded by all progressives, but we hardly talked about politics at all, and I was fine with that.
