1. Have you tried pill pockets?

3 of my cats will eat them as treats, so it's no biggie to put a pill in them. My hyperthyroid cat sometimes drops her pill out while she's eating the pill pocket, but then she just looks down and says, "Oh" and licks it off the floor. I'm guessing it's pill pocket-flavored at that point.
