4. I read different issue into the title

In a vet visit at height of pandemic, I saw a tech get into it with someone about wearing the (required by local law) masks in the building. She later told me it could get pretty hairy sometimes. I asked about calling the cops. She wouldn't do that because cops never wore masks, they would just make it worse..
