Allentown grandfather who was granted political asylum in 1987 after surviving torture at the hands of Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochets regime was disappeared by ICE. The family was then told he died. Now they learned that he's actually alive, was deported, and is in a hospital in Guatemala.
