served as a Navy MD a few years ago. She was stationed at a major outpost in the Mid East where she and served as a GMO (General Medical Officer) for all the Navy and Marine personnel stationed there. She tells me that the chief medical problem of female service personnel, both enlisted and officers was uninary tract infections caused by not going to the head at night ('holding it in') for fear of being sexually molested by their fellow service personnel.
