- Note: Zestful Aging, hosted by psychotherapist Nicole Christina, is an excellent podcast featuring interviews that cover many topics of interest to those of us of A Certain Age (and up!).

In the Zestful Aging interview, I was very encouraged to hear that Alboher and the organization she works with, Encore.org, have a focus on social change as well as inter-generational collaboration.
