And that's what makes me hate it so much. It has been wrong so often. It is so often used against the most vulnerable in our society. And there are so many people -- many of whom black, many of whom poor -- that have languished on death row for years only to find out they didn't even commit the crimes they were on death row for!!

And yet, knowing all of that, as long as their are people who get their kicks preying on people in this world I just can't see it not being an option. This is one of those issues to me that is just not black and white.
