He was profiling. He saw a big black Caddie with tinted windows and was determined to pull me over and check me out.
But two things: Even he must know, he has to have Probable Cause BEFORE he initiates the stop and I have successfully argued that the stop started when the officer flipped to follow (at least in Pima County, AZ). (I was fighting an expired registration ticket) But more importantly, that cop has to know, the Brothas and Vato Baller, ain't driving tinted Caddies, no more.

That was my first thought too. They see eye contact as fear of being stopped.
