Handlebar rotation [View all]

The handlebars on my road bike were set at an 80 degree angle between the drop and head tube. When I adjusted the high of the bars I keep it the same. The new height was an improvement but was still uncomfortable when in the drops and wrist angle was off when on the hoods. After several tries I have a rotation that is perfect for me. The angle drop to head tube is 88 to 89 degrees.

I can ride for miles in the drops and all positions are much more comfortable. Such a little thing to give so much. I've been giving my torque wrench a work out.
