5. I was at a Roman Catholic memorial service for my cousin. I sat in the back of the church.

There was a whole lot of singing and lot of people were wearing masks but I have one cousin whose family won't take the vaccine because they believe the whole aborted fetus connection. She has a high risk child (Downs Syndrome) so you'd think they'd be extra cautious. NON of them were wearing masks. Another cousin's wife has MS (that family ALL wore masks) so you'd think everyone would take that into consideration. Apparently not, though.

Yet another cousin is a critical care nurse who did a lot of time in the Covid ward. Of course, she was masked and keeping her distance from those who weren't.

We didn't go to the luncheon because, damn. I love all of my cousins but some of them need a hard shake.
